As a photographer for the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), David has extensive experience capturing dynamic moments involving youth sports engagements, Singapore athletes, youth community events, and culturally significant activities.
He has worked closely with the MCCY team to ensure the timely delivery of images—often within 1 to 2 hours—for use in news publications and social media platforms.
